Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, we can’t guarantee any modifications.
You can still return your order for a full refund once it has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and shipping follows immediately after.
During holidays or peak sales seasons, please allow extra time.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping.
Depending on demand and customs procedures, delivery may take up to 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s laws.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please email us at info@originstore.co with your order number and the reason for return.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an item that’s damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider — posting times can vary.
